• Orchestrate the delivery of strategic outcomes across multiple solution teams.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Plant Breeding or related field with 8+ years industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of plant breeding and product development pipelines.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and digital product development.
