Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement new processes and improve financial controls to ensure the health of the business.
  • Play a critical role in determining resource allocation and guiding the company's growth trajectory.
  • Drive key corporate reporting requirements to the Board of Directors and Executive Team.

Role Expectations:

  • Apply a data-driven analytical approach to influence decision making and support leadership.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of accounting and planning tools like NetSuite or Anaplan.
  • Juggle multiple projects while hitting deadlines and owning projects from Day 1.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.
  • Best-in-class Excel skills and extensive experience developing insightful financial models.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration abilities.
