Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement new processes and improve financial controls to ensure the health of the business.
- Play a critical role in determining resource allocation and guiding the company's growth trajectory.
- Drive key corporate reporting requirements to the Board of Directors and Executive Team.
Role Expectations:
- Apply a data-driven analytical approach to influence decision making and support leadership.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of accounting and planning tools like NetSuite or Anaplan.
- Juggle multiple projects while hitting deadlines and owning projects from Day 1.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.
- Best-in-class Excel skills and extensive experience developing insightful financial models.
- Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration abilities.
