Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs, from scoping and planning through launch and follow-up. Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners to turn goals into clear plans, milestones, and owners. Spot risks and dependencies early, raise them plainly, and drive decisions instead of waiting on consensus.

Own the AI marketing review tool and drive automation of compliance reviews. Manage end-to-end marketing compliance review process, standards, and recordkeeping. Serve as player-coach, handling reviews and building the team's capabilities.
