Job Description

The Power BI End-User Support Technician enhances end-user experience by offering fast resolution of Power BI-related issues and requests. The technician analyzes issues to identify the root cause for solutions, partnering with internal stakeholders. The technician also leverages their knowledge to determine if and when features in the system require enhancements.

Job duties include resolving tickets and escalations that the end-users submit to stay informed of the status of their issues. The technician works to create user guides and knowledge base and training sessions around these issues. They also identify workflows to optimize the support process.

The ideal candidate has experience providing Power BI technical support. They possess excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills. They have proficiency with Microsoft Power BI and familiarity with other BI tools.
