Creative Director/Producer - Direct Response

Role Overview:

• This is a hands-on creative leadership role focused on developing high-performing direct response video content for direct-to-consumer health and wellness brands.
• You will own the creative process from initial concept and ideation through production, post-production, and final delivery.
• The role combines creative direction, production expertise, project management, and performance-driven optimization.

Key Accountabilities:

• Partner with copywriters to align visual concepts, storytelling, and messaging across Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and advertising campaigns.
• Lead creative production from ideation through final delivery, ensuring concepts are translated effectively into high-quality assets.
• Guide editors throughout the post-production process, including video editing, graphics, sound, pacing, and overall creative execution.
