Software Engineer, Integrations

Responsibilities:

• Enhance, scale, and extend M7's existing integrations across time-and-attendance and HRIS source systems.
• Design and implement transformation and reconciliation logic for heterogeneous source data.
• Keep pipelines resilient and correct as customers and sources increase.

Own reliability in production:

• Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and runbooks to ensure data flow at every customer site.
• Diagnose data discrepancies to root cause and fix underlying failure modes.
• Build for idempotency, replay, and recovery to avoid downstream consequences.

Partner across the company:

• Work with product to turn customer technical requirements into well-scoped systems.
• Work with the Activations team to make integrations deployable and supportable at scale.
• Join technical calls with customer IT, payroll, or HR teams for deep dives on source systems.
