Job Description
The Onboarding Manager will own the onboarding experience end-to-end, project managing the entire onboarding and implementation lifecycle. Success will be measured by customer satisfaction rates, platform adoption, and onboarding completion rate. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, developing a deep understanding of client goals, managing technical configurations and requests, and guiding clients through product configuration. The manager will also drive customer enablement by facilitating virtual training sessions and providing user guides, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams.
