Customer Delivery Engineer

Own the hardest part of customer adoption and ship real results fast by building real systems, fixing real problems, and translating reference architectures into blazing-fast production deployments. As a Customer Delivery Engineer, the role involves working directly with the most strategic customers during their make-or-break moments: migrations, performance tuning, schema design, and production rollout. The work includes writing SQL, debugging slow queries, optimizing real workloads, and leveraging AI copilots to enhance speed and efficiency. This role focuses on helping customers go live successfully, not creating lengthy documentation or escalating issues to others. The work is for builders who thrive in ambiguity, enjoy direct customer interaction, and are eager to see their contributions translate into real-world production environments. The role involves implementing migrations, data optimizations, schema designs, tuning slow queries and configurations, and writing tactical fixes to quickly unblock customers. It also includes identifying product-level gaps.
