Staff Engineer, Search

Partner with a technical lead and impact the technical vision, strategy, and execution for Fullscript’s search experience. The Search Team is responsible for everything search-related on the Fullscript platform, enabling healthcare practitioners and patients to seamlessly find the right products to support their wellness journeys. As a Staff Engineer, you will impact the roadmap, improve the relevance and performance of our search functionality, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver a world-class search experience. This role requires a deep understanding of search technologies, relevance tuning, large-scale indexing, and machine learning-based search enhancements. You will work closely with engineering leadership, mentor other engineers, and set the technical direction for our search infrastructure.
