Senior ERM Specialist

As a direct report to the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), the Senior ERM Specialist is a key contributor to the credit union’s risk management strategy, helping to safeguard its financial strength, member trust, and operational resilience. This role supports the development and execution of the ERM framework, facilitates risk assessments across business units, and ensures alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. Responsibilities include supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ERM framework, facilitating risk governance activities, assisting with business continuity and disaster recovery programs, and providing risk oversight across various business lines. This includes technology, operations, risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting. The Senior ERM Specialist will also build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conduct training to enhance risk management capabilities, and ensure ERM practices align with regulations and internal policies.
