QA Tech Lead

As a QA Tech Lead, you will take ownership of the testing architecture and execution across web platforms and APIs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, guide a team of QA engineers, and work hands-on in both manual and automated testing environments. This role emphasizes API-based testing and system-level debugging, with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive test strategies, integrating modern test tools and frameworks, and enabling continuous quality improvement throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading a team of QA engineers, collaborating with product managers and developers, architecting and implementing scalable test automation frameworks, writing high-quality test code, independently debugging complex web applications, and supporting continuous improvement in QA workflows.
