You will own the evolution of Wellhub's website to an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model, where AI agents handle content assembly and optimization.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations, you'll lead product managers, UX designers, and developers to deliver on this vision.
This is a hands-on strategic role requiring a clear point of view on where agentic AI creates leverage versus risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the website roadmap, conversion rate optimization strategy, and experimentation program.
Own website performance measurement, automated reporting, and visitor behavior analysis using tools like Amplitude and Looker.
Lead the design system, design-to-code operating model, and evaluate AI orchestration tools for the website.
