Responsibilities:

  • Help resolve user inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate with users through support tickets and verbally via calls.
  • Contribute to product improvement by escalating issues to the relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle user objections.
