About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality primary care to adult patients via telemedicine with 15-30 minute appointments.
- Work within a provider empanelment model ensuring continuity of care.
- Set your own reoccurring schedule within a 7-day-a-week operation.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions using evidence-based medicine.
- Utilize a proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR for two-way video-audio appointments.
- Collaborate with patient care advocates and licensed clinical teams for follow-up care.
Qualifications:
- Completed accredited nursing or medical program with national certification.
- Currently licensed in Arizona with ability to obtain additional state licenses; valid DEA registration.
- At least 2-3 years post-residency practice experience, with strong technical skills in software.
Compensation:
- Fee-for-service model with MD/DOs earning $50 per encounter plus incentives; average $100-$200/hour.
- APPs compensated $33 per encounter; fully empaneled earn average $66-$132/hour.
- Must reside in the United States for remote work.
