Responsibilities:
- File reports to update Service Manager.
- Provide technical support to sales staff and end users.
- Act as a liaison between service provider and end users.
Qualifications:
- Certificate from college, technical school, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of commercial or residential refrigeration field service experience required.
- HVAC-Refrigeration certificate preferred.
Skills:
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Professional, friendly and personal communication skills both verbally and written.
- Initiative driven and service minded.
