Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and deploy deep learning models that predict intra- and intercellular signaling effects of potential therapeutic interventions.
- Design experiments to generate data for training and validating systems biology models.
- Collaborate with Disease Biologists, Structural Biologists, and Wet Lab scientists to address specific indications.
Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computational Biology, or related field with 3+ years post-graduate experience.
- Fluency in Python and PyTorch; expertise in large-scale model architecture design and training.
- Strong publication record and ability to present complex work to diverse audiences.
