About the Role:
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and deployment of AI and Lab Products at Absci.
- Drive small, interdisciplinary teams to build delivery platforms for designing and validating biologics.
- Lead initiatives in AI-guided target identification and AI-guided drug design.
Responsibilities:
- Gather product requirements from AI, Engineering, Wet Lab Scientists, and Business Development teams.
- Own product roadmaps, make trade-off decisions, and define OKRs/KPIs.
- Conduct user research and drive adoption of products across internal and external partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences; 5+ years of product development experience.
- 3+ years in AI/ML or protein engineering; proven track record of executing product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.
