The Role:
- Seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training
- Focus on using AI to automate quality content management and learning management processes
- Act as an expert in AI to design and build AI agents
What You'll Do:
- Hands-on design and development of AI product features for Veeva QualityDocs and Training
- Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts
- Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI and assist with AI Agent evaluations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications
- Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering; must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone
