Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

Role:

• Develop new features and improve existing functionality for AI-powered products.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, product managers, and distributed technical teams to turn product requirements into effective solutions.
• Take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of commercial backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong practical experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments and scaling applications for real customers.
• Willingness to work with uncensored AI companionship products and explicit NSFW content.
