Principal Software Engineer, Quality

Experian's Direct to Consumer Line of Business is looking for a Principal Engineer to lead the implementation of an AI-powered quality transformation strategy across our engineering organization. This is an individual contributor role focused on technical execution, tooling implementation, and collaboration. This is a strategic and execution-focused role to build and integrate quality platforms, tools, frameworks, for Mobile, Web, API and GenAI testing. This role is best suited for someone who is execution-oriented, technically hands-on, and invested in transforming quality through AI-first innovation. You will report to the Director, Software Engineering and work remote in the United States, or hybrid based on proximity to an Experian office. The role involves being an expert in AI-first quality engineering trends, strengthening the use of frameworks and tooling, defining the technical architecture for AI-powered quality frameworks, and implementing scalable test automation frameworks.
