Field Program Manager (Active Secret Clearance)

The Role:

• This is an ownership role as the primary authority for delivery, customer relationships, and growth for the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program.
• You will collaborate across a cross-functional project team to drive execution and serve as the primary point of escalation when something is at risk.
• Success is measured by presence and follow-through, translating customer friction into actionable technical roadmaps.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Own the relationship with all stakeholders to build trust and ensure long-term retention.
• Drive growth by identifying expansion opportunities and surfacing competitive threats to leadership.
• Execute the roadmap by synchronizing technical delivery with contractual milestones and operational calendars.
• Mitigate risk by identifying delivery obstacles early and autonomously resolving execution issues.

The Right Fit:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-6+ years of experience with military operations at Division (2-star) level or higher.
• Must have demonstrated experience planning and directing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and proven team leadership in high-accountability environments.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, technical fluency to engage engineers, and an active Secret (or above) US security clearance with US citizenship.
