Staff Software Developer IV

Core Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve technical architecture, establishing standards that support safe, scalable, and reusable capabilities across teams.
• Act as a technical leader across teams, influencing architectural decisions through design reviews, RFCs, and hands-on collaboration.
• Own key features and architectural improvements end-to-end — from design through build — using modern, leading-edge technology and architecture.

Core Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated impact beyond a single team.
• In-depth, extensive experience with .NET and C# — viewed as a subject matter expert.
• Proven experience designing and evolving shared platforms used by multiple teams.
