Engineering Manager, Purchase Experience

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the front-end experience of our Payments and Checkout verticals. The Purchase Experience squad owns and evolves the UI layers that power our checkout flows, including maintaining the current experiences and evolving the FastCheckout, our latest generation of checkout UI known for its speed, flexibility, and robustness. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping seamless and high-converting purchase journeys for millions of users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product, design, payments, and commerce infrastructure—to define priorities and deliver solutions that push the boundaries of user experience and performance. As a hands-on leader, you will influence the technical roadmap, guide architectural decisions, and mentor engineers, fostering a team culture rooted in excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
