You'll play a foundational role in accelerating growth by identifying, structuring, and managing strategic partnerships with high-value channel partners. This role will directly influence the growth of the business and the growth of our burgeoning provider community. Youβll own the full lifecycle of our partner relationships, from identifying and closing new opportunities to ensuring partners are successful and driving meaningful revenue. This role requires someone who can think big, execute fast, and rally cross-functional teams around complex rollouts.
Source and engage new partners directly and through collaboration with our field sales team. Nurture both new and existing partnerships with regular touchpoints. Structure partner deals and ensure legal agreements are executed. Lead partner onboarding and field education to ensure successful rollout and integration. Act as the primary point of contact for partner success, support, and escalations. Collaborate with the CEO, CSO, sales, revenue strategy, and operations teams to ensure strong implementation. Maintain a structured pipeline with detailed tracking and clear internal communication.
