Job Description

The Foundation's Workforce Development Department (WDD) seeks a Specialist to play a critical role in supporting the department's success by applying project management skills, activity design, and facilitation experience to ensure high-quality design and delivery of specific WDD programs. This position represents an exciting opportunity to help support Communities of Practice (CoPs) and related technical assistance activities across two pillars of the technical assistance portfolio. Ideation, project management, and support for the development and implementation of the CoP and related technical assistance activities (e.g. virtual convenings, informational calls, peer learning circles, conference presentations, in-person convenings) for projects within the Education to Work Partnerships technical assistance portfolio. Schedule and coordinate project activities and support with tracking grant deliverables. Work collaboratively with the Technical Assistance team and Sr. Specialist to plan, design, staff, and facilitate various in-person and virtual learning convenings each year.
