Sr. Director, Operational BI and Data Integrity

As the Sr. Director of Operational Business Intelligence and Data Integrity, you will lead the Operational Business Intelligence and Data Integrity strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The role involves driving strategic data governance, policies, and practices, as well as leading the Organizational and Operational Business Data Intelligence Strategy. Serving as a link between Executive Leaders, Business Operations, Compliance, and Information Systems, this position requires eliciting detailed and strategic business requirements. This role requires someone to identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend solutions to simplify and automate processes, and align with Lumeris' shared services Data Governance practices. Additionally, the Sr. Director will develop business rules and algorithms, create policies to maintain data fidelity, and foster an environment of innovation utilizing data management best practices.
