Job Description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our team in building and delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing and developing DevOps teams, as well as deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD platforms, architecture, and tools.
Responsibilities include: Defining the DevOps vision and roadmap; Developing and implementing DevOps metrics and KPIs; Prioritizing DevOps initiatives working with cross-functional teams; Hiring and building a high-performing DevOps team.
Also, Mentoring and coaching team members; Designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines; Identifying and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions; Developing and implementing monitoring and alerting systems; Implementing security best practices; Evaluating and selecting DevOps tools and technologies; Staying updated on the latest DevOps trends; and Promoting DevOps practices.
