About the role:
- You are the coach who builds company-wide preparedness for cyber incidents, starting with the security team.
- This role also builds KOHO's deception engineering program from scratch, covering internal and external assets.
- You report to the Senior Manager of Product Security and operate in a remote-first, high-trust environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and lead incident response readiness, conduct regular tabletop exercises and playbook reviews.
- Plan and execute adversarial simulations, operate within defined rules of engagement, and deliver findings.
- Design and deploy deception assets, both internal and external, to generate actionable threat intelligence.
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and are a self-starter who builds programs from scratch.
- You have hands-on experience with AWS, MITRE ATT&CK, and adversarial simulations.
- You are experienced in designing and deploying deception programs and operating offensive security tooling.
