Staff Red Team Operator

Responsibilities:

• Perform Red Team engagements including Stealth and Purple Teaming either individually or in a team.
• Simulate advanced cyber engagements to test the security posture of different businesses and develop sophisticated attack scenarios.
• Collaborate with blue team members in real time to identify and address security gaps.
• Provide technical leadership and advise junior team members on attacks and engagements across Red Teaming and Penetration Testing.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Defensive/Offensive Cyber Security with strong experience incorporating AI into Red Team engagements.
• Advanced experience with assessment tools such as BurpSuite, Metasploit, Kali, and scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Heavy experience in at least one operating system or cloud environment (Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of AD attack techniques.
