Offensive Security Lead

Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and mentor an internal red team while establishing scalable offensive security practices.
• Design and execute penetration testing and adversarial simulation programs across cloud infrastructure and AI platforms.
• Conduct advanced red team engagements and collaborate with detection teams during purple team exercises.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in offensive security, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native environments, including Kubernetes, cloud identity and access management, and container security.
• Proficiency in developing offensive security tools using Python, Go, or similar languages.
