Corporate Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will support the Head of Legal with corporate and insurance matters, taking ownership of aspects of the corporate area, working closely with the Head of Legal, the Finance team and other key stakeholders. This role involves managing legal documentation and databases, assisting with insurance matters, and regulatory filings. Support will be provided to cross-functional teams on ad hoc matters, transactions, and corporate initiatives, as well as monitoring changes in legislation. Facilitating communications with notaries, government bodies, and external counsel will also be part of the role.
