Examines and makes recommendations for improvement to a licensee’s practice regarding practice management, the licensee’s knowledge, skill and judgment, attention to the interests of clients, and the records, systems and procedures of the licensee’s professional business. The role requires an LLB or JD and a class L1 licence with the Law Society of Ontario, and a minimum of 5 years related experience in private legal practice.

Manage the signatures process, maintain and update legal documents, and assist with legal billing and matter management. Act as a point of contact between finance and legal on billings and budgeting matters, and assist with the legal team's new hire onboarding process.
