Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Work closely with client's in-house legal departments on international deals and procurement.
- Active caseload management while adhering to Factor delivery processes.
Requirements:
- Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified.
- Minimum of 0-2 years' experience in drafting and negotiating commerical contracts.
- Exhibit core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability and Stewardship.
