Senior Learning Experience Designer

The Senior Learning Experience Designer (Sr. LXD) drives design strategy and execution for high-complexity domains across Aledade’s Practice Education programs. This role balances near-term deliverables with long-term program evolution, designing learning solutions that address practice needs, align with organizational goals, and enhance user outcomes. The Sr. LXD brings expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and multimodal content delivery. They take ownership of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring learning programs are scalable, measurable, and strategically aligned to meet Aledade’s broader Practice Education vision. Lead the design and evolution of scalable learning programs that address high-complexity domains, align with stakeholder needs, and drive measurable outcomes.
