Remote Associate Counsel

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Associate Counsel will serve as the internal legal point of contact on emerging technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence), support marketing and advertising initiatives, engage with Vendor Management on contract review and new engagements, perform legal research on various topics, support the complaint process, and perform other tasks as assigned by the General Counsel. The Associate Counsel will remain knowledgeable of and provide advice and support to the company on emerging technologies and artificial intelligence use and risks, provide direction to the marketing department on communication and privacy laws, support the Fair Lending program, and review and approve marketing items. They will also assist with consumer complaints, support compliance management functions, and perform other duties as assigned.
