Job Description
Reporting to the Field Service Manager the Field Service Technician is responsible for conducting service, repair, and start-up of Trojan’s advanced water treatment systems at customer sites. This role is critical in ensuring the successful completion of existing and new service contracts while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Cultivate key customer relationships to interpret their needs and requirements. Solve problems, evaluate systems and/or processes to isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions as required. Travel approximately 80% to 90% of the time within the U.S., with occasional travel to Canada.
