Independently manage assigned regions with a focus on compliance with legal occupational safety regulations. Predominantly remote execution and documentation of regular inspections on construction sites and derivation of suitable measures. Training of employees and managers to promote a safety culture. Close cooperation with project management and management to further develop safety standards. Development and implementation of preventive measures to avoid accidents. Analysis and documentation of accidents including the development of measures to prevent further incidents.

Drive excellence and quality in construction, coordinating efforts across a wide spectrum of ongoing construction projects, departments and supply chain as a Senior Quality & Commissioning Manager (QCx Manager). Represent Vantage and drive Quality and Commissioning efforts across the project from design to turnover, cultivating a positive and collaborative working environment and acting as a role model.
