About the Role:

• Build reliable, scalable software solutions for complex document workflows.
• Work across the full stack, from backend services to AI integrations and frontend features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, backend services, and document processing workflows.
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into production systems, balancing quality and reliability.
• Take ownership of features from planning through deployment and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming in Python or TypeScript, with solid engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with databases, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and testing.
