• Talk to property owners and understand their situation.
• Determine if they are better suited for cash offers or listing their home.

• Manage and complete 5-10 projects per month according to the set project timeline

In this role, you’ll partner with our General Manager, Acquisition Agents, and Escrow companies to streamline processes. You’ll ensure compliance and drive transactions forward with minimal delays. You’ll take ownership once a deal is under contract, ensuring sellers, tenants, and vendors all have a smooth experience from start to close.
