Role Summary:
- Lead investigative execution of active cyber incidents for MDR customers and MSPs.
- Work directly with customers to investigate, contain, and support remediation.
What You Will Do:
- Utilize Sophos technologies to investigate, contain, and respond to cyber incidents.
- Mentor incident response analysts and provide technical guidance.
- Perform advanced incident response analysis to identify initial access, persistence, and lateral movement.
What You Will Bring:
- 4+ years experience in cybersecurity investigations or 2+ years incident response.
- Understanding of network architecture and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with network and endpoint investigation, malware analysis, and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
