Role Summary:
- Lead the investigative stream of active cyber incidents within the Critical Incident Response Unit.
- Perform advanced forensic analysis, containment, and communication tasks across diverse customer environments.
What You Will Do:
- Utilize Sophos technologies to investigate, contain, and respond to cyber incidents.
- Conduct analysis of malware, ransomware, and other attack types.
- Provide clear customer communication and post-incident reporting.
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in cyber security investigations.
- Knowledge of incident response methodologies and tools.
- Network and endpoint investigation experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Remote Work Environment:
