Budgeting
Responsibilities:
- Translates business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans.
- Partners with the business teams to develop operating and financial plans.
- Performs analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, cost analysis, business finance, or management accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and cost accounting practices.
Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday), BI tools, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
