Responsibilities:
- Manage land solutions and right-of-way projects from kickoff through completion, developing and maintaining project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including land agents, document management, GIS, title, and other support teams, while serving as the primary client contact.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of project management experience supporting linear infrastructure projects, with expertise in right-of-way, land acquisition, easements, and landowner coordination.
- Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, reporting, and client communication, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent industry experience; industry certifications such as IRWA, SR/WA, AAPL, or PMP are a plus.
