Business Operations

The Business Operations team is focused on solving some of Ambient.ai’s most high-impact business challenges and laying the foundation for our next phase of growth. In this role, you will initially partner with our Revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to drive analytical rigor and operational excellence. Over time, the scope will expand to include key projects across Product, Finance, and broader company operations, offering the opportunity to impact almost every aspect of the business. You will manage and execute key projects that impact functional effectiveness, operations, and long-term success, and serve as a value-added partner to senior leaders and functional teams. You will also develop and track key company KPIs to drive execution and surface opportunities for operational improvement. The role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex business systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. You will also identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and partnerships.
