About the Program:

You will be trained from the ground up on how our best drafters think through a plan.
You will have two formal check-ins at roughly 30 and 60 days.
Day-to-day, you will work alongside our team on drafting documents and learning platforms.

Requirements:

You must be graduating from an accredited paralegal program within the next year or recently graduated.
You must reside in the U.S. with valid work authorization and have availability for 20 hours per week.
You need a distraction-free, private workspace with reliable internet.

Benefits:

$18.00/hour, part-time (~20 hrs/week), W-2 remote work environment.
Structured 30-day and 60-day performance check-ins and real, hands-on training.
Potential full-time offer in early December with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.
