The Role:
- Lead comprehensive incident handling from triage through containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident reporting.
- Investigate complex compromises including SIM swaps, account takeovers, and targeted credential harvesting.
- Serve as the highest technical escalation point in an on-call rotation and mentor team members.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8+ years in incident response, digital forensics, or advanced cybersecurity analysis.
- Deep technical expertise across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills to guide non-technical clients through high-stress situations.
