Your Role:
- Represent Surefire Cyber as a skilled technical forensic and consulting expert during active incident response engagements.
- Lead forensically guided engagements and prioritize competing priorities effectively.
- Provide after-hours support as needed to maintain continuous coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced forensic analysis to identify scope and impact of security incidents, including malware analysis and reverse engineering.
- Mentor and provide career development for a forensic team of 3-4 consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to refine incident response processes.
Your Expertise:
- Extensive experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response, with client-facing roles and independent investigation management.
- Proficiency in tools like ELK, Axiom, EnCase, FTK, and network analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
