Role Overview:
- Lead global or large clinical studies or programs as Project Director, acting as a key liaison with clients.
- Provide direction to project managers, ensuring project establishment, planning, execution, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial health of studies, including profitability and billing forecasts.
- Ensure quality management, including inspection readiness and corrective action plans.
- Drive strategic planning and risk management independently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience and 5 years direct project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
