Project Leadership:
- Oversee full scope of global clinical projects from startup to closure.
- Manage budget, timelines, and quality across multiple therapeutic areas.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor project team members, ensuring high performance.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Client Interaction:
- Act as primary contact for clients on all project matters.
- Participate in bid defenses and proposal development.
Qualifications:
- Recent clinical research project management experience (e.g., CTM, Study Lead).
- Global or regional project management with startup to closure experience.
- Oncology, GI, IBD, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease experience preferred.
