Position Summary:
- Works cross-functionally to develop partnership strategies for clinical trials and programs.
- Provides oversight and strategic expertise in planning, coordination, and delivery of clinical study projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage a team of Project Directors and Project Managers globally.
- Interact with sponsors and ensure project objectives of quality, scope, cost, and time are met.
- Optimize profitability and manage resource allocations for the Project Management organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in clinical research with project management and line management experience.
- Expertise in GCP/ICH guidelines, Microsoft Project, and strong leadership skills.
